Roughly half of our orders are first dispatched with a different shipping carrier than USPS, and they travel until they are dropped off at a USPS facility near your location, which then makes the final delivery (Note: this only applies to US and Canada orders).
For these orders you won't receive tracking updates until the package is dropped off at the designated USPS facility by the starting carrier.
