Shipping policy

Order processing times are separate to shipping times. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. We generally do not ship on weekends.

Domestic Shipping (US and Canada): Our current average shipping times range between 5-11 business days.

International Shipping: Our current average shipping times range between 6-14 business days.

Most orders will be shipped from our US warehouses. However, if these warehouses are out of stock, your order will be shipped from the closest international warehouse.

If you order multiple items, it is not guaranteed that all of your items will be shipped together. There is a small possibility that your items will be shipped separately. Therefore, you may receive some of your items before others. Please be patient, the rest of your order will arrive. If you still have not received all your items after 30 days, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Domestic Orders: If your order still has not arrived after 30 days, please contact us with your order number and we will issue you a full refund.

International Orders: If your order still has not arrived after 45 days, please contact us with your order number and we will issue you a full refund.

If you were previously notified your order has been shipped (via email), but 30-45 days have passed and/or the tracking has indicated the item is lost, please contact us and we will send you a replacement.
